Major Manoj Talwar was martyred while was leading a charge in Batalik region during 1999 Kargil War. We planned to renovate this spot. We cleaned the place and removed garbage. Pahal volunteers gave this place a good shape. Captains for today were Pankaj Pahal ji and Arun Sharma Jr. ji. They did perfect planning and ensured proper execution.
